When the mugs arrived, I was extremely pleased! The shape, the colors, the texture, the lettering of santafepets.com on front and back--all was great! BUT hand-wash or dish-wash: the lettering comes right off!!!! We gave 10 or 15 away as a promotion for our web site, and then the complaints started coming in! VERY DISAPPOINTING!! I WANT TO RETURN THEM FOR YOU TO REPLACE THEM WITH A MORE SATISFACTORY MUG, OR GET MY MONEY BACK.
