I was so excited when my order arrived! The imprint was better than I expected. The color of the bag was beautiful. I was also impressed with the customer service. They were so prompt in returning e-mail questions and when I was still a bit confused, the person assigned to my order, sent me her phone # and said, "call me". Which I did and she answered right then and there! That was such a great surprise to have someone to talk to immediately! I have already passed your name along!
