The product looked good and I was kept informed of the order status. However, some of my parents had problems with their water jugs after washing. I am not told how they washed them but the logo came off. I received one of those bottles yesterday. The problem is that without talking to me first, the team manager blasted out an email to all team managers warning them that the logo would come off if they washed their jugs, thus spreading fear. I am now stuck with 54 water jugs.
The only reason I would refer someone to you is that you seemed concerned that this had happened and are pursuing the matter. It gives me the impression that "production errors" (for lack of better term) is not the norm.
