Our complete transaction was carried out over the internet from start to finish but it was as though you were sitting right in our office with us! The Customer Service Manager and our personal Customer Service Rep introduced themselves and walked us through each step as we chose colors and print design. The procedure was foolproof and expeditious and we love this Big Thunder Tote! It is well made and has a stabilized bottom that will hold lots of things. This was a great
