Artwork was sent in Microsoft Word format. Artwork department changed artwork to different style. I had to work with you to get the artwork changed to a style that was acceptable. This wasted extra time for a simple artwork design.
Pens were great. I have ordered them from other companies in the past.
Service was good and follow up was good.
