This pen is great - looks are just what I wanted.
However beofre we got this pen we had to have two previous pens replaced due to the cap pulling the end plug off the pen. this was very annoying, especially when the replacement order had the exact same problem. service was wonderful, the en... not so much. I asked three times why did no one check the quality of the second set of pens but no one has ever answered that question.
