We got the same bag in yellow last year for attendees at an annaul meeting where we exhibit. Your staff was very helpful with reworking the logo so it would print cleanly but there were a few mix-ups and delays before the final good result. This year we have not yet seen the bag -same logo, natural color bag - but it was done amazingly quickly, no problems, and the meeting organizer who received the shipment says it is great. I have been meaning to write my thanks to Angie, our Customer Service Rep, and the rest of your staff and appreciate this chance to do so. Dorothy Lennox, Luminaud, Inc.
