We ordered these pens to use at tradeshows and to send to our employees and clients. We were satisfied with the product. We did not need them to be individually packaged, so we had to unwrap them. 4 of the 700 pens broke during shipping, which isn't a huge issue but the packaging may need to be addressed. Otherwise, we were satisfied with the quality for the price.
