Your customer service representative was great, very helpful, and friendly. I paid for fast deliverly, and was given the wrong date (it came earlier) and it sat out in the rain for 3 days. 2 cups were broken and there was ink spots and streaks on most of them. I liked the design and the cup was what I wanted.
