We used a competitor for our first pen order but unfortunately, more than half of the pens did not write or ran out of ink before a signature was dry. We were in a bind to get new, professional looking pens quickly! Our HR manager brought 4Imprint to our attention, as she had received a promo pen from 4Imprint and loved it! That was all we needed to hear. Our experience with 4Imprint has been wonderful. You are so easy to work with and very detail oriented—you really want to make the customer happy! Thank you!
