you cant go wrong with bic, its a quality pen to give to your customers and to use in you business. I have been on the receiving end of cheap pens and that isnt what i want for my customers. As for doing the order very easy and fast. The thing that sold me on your company is the samples you have no problem mailing out sample on request so we can see what we are ordering that speaks volumes thanks
