OK. Somewhat cheaper quality than the item we originally wanted; the synergy pen was no longer available with the specifics we had previously.

We tried to get these pens for months from a company that we have been doing business with for a long time- and had a very hard time! I contacted your company, and they went right to work! It was easy to order and easy to proof and we are very satisfied with the results!

Very nice shape and design to the pen. We put the pens in a bowl for people to pick up free at public events, and have found that many people grab several. Good and sturdy, holds up to use, doesn't appear cheap as so many give-away pens do. Sometimes has a scratchy feel while writing, but works fine. Some pens came with the top part slightly open, which we didn't notice right away.
