Outstanding service! Even though the tote was out of stock, they worked with us to ensure we had gifts to give despite a very short lead time. When the totes did arrive, they were excellent!

This tote is strong and a great size. It is smaller than a typical book bag, but can hold several books. It is not especially thick, but is sturdy and almost stands on its own. We used them as a promotion for Friends of the Library. They are a nice step up from typical canvas book bags.
