The only problem we had was no ones fault. Our Logo design did not fit in the area for logos on the MP3 Player. Once this was realized we began fast email correspondence to get the logo design approved. We had to rush the order and every effort was made to get our product on time. We got our product just in time for our event, and we could not have asked for a more professional approach to our problem. Thank you!
