The carabiner pen itself is a nice presentation product. The printing that goes on the pen is lacking in quality. It is peeling off, scratched or half visable on our logos that are printed on the pen itself. My opinion, product good, Printing on this particular product not very good. Need to find another type of ink or way to label the pen surface. Also, promo gift for ordering pen was never sent. Do not advertise something that you do not plan to provide to a customer.

The pen itself is great. Good unique item, high quality for the price. The imprint was not great - it was too light - needed to much bolder to be visible.
