This is a great item for many reasons... 1. Very practical - most important 2. Inexpensive with a large print area 3. great for real estate, since most business is through referrals. You don't want an item which stays in someone's office, but something which travels with them. 4. Targets women (no broken nails dealing with keys) without specifically targeting them - very important for real estate. 5. Small enough to carry around.
