The red ligh resembled a laser pointer and is not all that bright. Also the item is heavier than I would have prefered

The keylights were purchased as graduation gifts for a high school class. The product looked great and everyone loved them. The only negative was that the lights did not work on about a dozen of them. The batteries were dead..The lights must have been lit in shipment.
