I made the order over the phone and proofed on line. I was not asked what side I wanted the logo and it came on the exactly wrong side. Unhappy about that

Very impressed with the quality of the mug and the packing, even shipped to the UK. Our customers love the mugs too. One negative though - all of our 288 mugs have the transfer _slightly_ off horizontal. Around 0.7 degrees I reckon - which isn't much, but is enough to annoy anyone fussy. Also, it would have helped us to know the physical size and weight of the mug when ordering so that we could work out what our postage and packing requirements would be when we send them out to our own customers.
