Was very impressed with the quality of the pen. Only a little disappointed with the size of the print, but I understand there is only a certain amount of space to do the imprint. The customer service rep was extremely helpful and valuable in helping me make my decision. Kudos to her.

the pens were beautiful..well balanced...and professional looking.... they just didn't write on the paper that was supplied in our 4Imprint porfolios- people were diasappointed...was it the pen- or was it the paper- who knows?...and... i was told that the pens would be inserted into the portfolios... they were shipped separately, so our people had to unbox each one, unzip the portfoluio, and insert...not a process i had anticipated
