The Majestic mug got rave reviews from everyone in our church. It is an extra large mug - hefty - yet has soft curves and does not look at all clunky. The color and imprint were beautiful,but if we did it again, we would make the graphic artwork larger (the fine lines in our design lost some crispness due to the glazing process - something the customer service reps. might have recommended?)Shipping updates were timely and the mugs were very securely packed; we did not receive any broken mugs in our entire order.
