Our office first ordered these mugs in 2003. I was givent he task of reodering the mugs but needed to make a change in the message on the mug. As the person who originally ordered the mugs was no longer in our office and I could find none of the paperwork i thought things might take a while. I wrote an email requesting whatever help your company could offer and was given our complete order. Making the changes was quick and easy because I had been given all the information from the original order. The delivery went without a glitch. The emails sent from your company kept me up to date on the status of my order. Thanks especially to Chris P who answered all my questions and made this such a trouble free experience.
