I have no complaints about the imprint. I ordered this item with 4 additional colors and it looks terrific! The only complaint I have is with the quality of the mugs, most of them came with very notizable imperfections. From 36 ordered only 12 were good enough to give away. Very dissapointing since the imprint was beautiful. I don't know what to do with the rest of the mugs.

Items received ahead of schedule and without damages. Noticed on a few mugs, the inner handle had rough spot. Most mugs are perfect and logo print clear and well done.

We have used this cup with logo for personal use regularly for 9 months. Its been used in the microwave and dishwasher and the logo has not worn at all. Great cup and client's love them.
