You get what you pay for. The mug does its job, but the lids are a pain. They go on in different locations making it a pain to get it just right. The logo is off center, so it makes the cup look quite cheap. But, again, you get what you pay for.

The glass itself is great when you consider ease of drinking from it (great flow) and small topics like ease of screwing on the lid for a tight fit. However, after you start washing this item don't plan on having you print for too much longer. All of our cups that have been washed are ALL flaking of with the slightest rubbing. This is embarrassing to us because it looks like we took a cheap route for an item that is presented for accomplishing something. I gave this product a 3 because of the print but like I stated earlier this is a great coffee cup in general for those who don't like metal or fancy "novelty" cups.
