This handy kit includes a jump rope, hand grip exerciser and a pedometer all inside of a neoprene accessory pouch.
 
Metal hand grip exerciser has soft, EVA handles for a comfortable grip to strengthen hand muscles with a grip tension rating of 33 lbs.
 
Get your heart rate going with the polyester jump rope that also features pliable, EVA handles.
 
Keep track of your steps with the ABS plastic pedometer—the six-digit LCD display calculates calories burned and features a stop watch function.
