I was disappointed in the quality of the pens. When we tried the 1st few pens we thought that they were broken. We then realized that you have to make sure the pin is aligned with the slot for the pen to work and for the point to stay down. When I click a pen I expect to be able to click it once & have it work, not to have to play with it to get it to work properly. I was also disappointed in the quality of the grip. It is very thin & does not really help at all. I refer to the pin as the black plastic piece that the pen clip pushes to make the point retract
