The one star rating is for the product, not the company. Although we like the way these drives look (they're metal, which makes them feel less cheap, and have a nice small footprint), and we like the imprinting work done on them, the functionality of the drives leaves much to be desired. There's a magnet inside that holds the drive closed, but there's nothing to hold the drive open, which means you have to hold it open while trying to slide it into a USB port, making it very difficult to use. This is a serious design flaw. Other than that our experience was good.
