Quality is pretty good. I got this item in red, and the paint does chip off in spots if it gets scratched or dinged. Also, while it does state that it is not dishwasher safe, does anyone really handwash these? It tends to hold water somewhere inside and leaks out the bottom. Overall a good product for the price, but could use a couple of tweaks.

So far we've had 3 mugs break. One of them leaked and on 2 of them the twist top broke. I'm concerned that this will be an ongoing issue and we'll end up out of compliance because it will take too long to get them replaced.
