Women's sizes do not reflect standard sizing charts. If you have a larger breast size (D and above) the shirts will cling and are tight around the chest and back area. Plus size women will probably be unhappy with this shirt as it is too short and is not loose fitting which are qualities you would associate in a Polo. Use cold water when washing or you will have a lot of shrinkage.

Women's sizes should be more accurate. Sizes should go higher to accomodate larger employees and women with larger breast sizes . Shirt length is too short these are work shirts and people need to be able to lift and bend over without their backside showing.
