The styling is beautiful and the pen writes well. My discouragement is with the operational mechanism. It 's too heavily weighted at the top end and rattles inside the pen while the pen is being used for writing. I'm actually quite bummed because these are gorgeous pens with a subtle design on the barrel that is very stylish. I give the pen only 2 stars because I don't believe that form is more important than function. While it is attractive and writes smoothly, the rattling noise is a big distraction while the pen is actually being used.
