We originally wanted a different bag but were under time constraints and needed to select a 24 hour bag. I was at first reluctant because I felt it wouldn't be as high of quality but I was extremely surprised and amazed at how wonderful the bag came out. We got rave reviews from conference attendees on how much they loved the bags. The representative I worked with was amazing. She was upfront with the reality that the bag we originally wanted may not be shipped in time and directed me to look at other bags. I appreciated her honesty and willingness to work with me under such strict deadlines. I would absolutely use 4imprint again and I would recommend you without reservation.
