We used these as a giveaway to our employees at our annual company BBQ, and everyone was impressed with the quality of the cups. Out of 150 purchased, we had one that lose the bottom piece of rubber during washing and needed to be replaced. Otherwise we received rave reviews from our recipients! Great value for the price we paid.

We've had minor complaints about the hole in the lid not letting the hot coffee or tea flow properly, it kind of "blub blubs" out like milk when you tip the milk jug too far) and it causes the hot liquids to hit people's lips... they've just been using straws to prevent the problem. Also people have made the comment that when they wash them or submerge them in the water, the next time they use the mug with hot liquids soapy water comes out of the crack where the handle and stainless steel comes together.
