Great product but some do not work.

The laser pointer pen looks very nice and the price was right, however quite a few were defective. Of the ones I've tested so far, approximately 15% haven't worked. I tried different batteries and they still don't work. Additionally the pens some with 3 stickers on different parts of the barrel. This looks tacky and I felt we needed to remove these (and the residue left behind) before we could give them to customers. Finally there's a little piece of paper in the battery comparment that needs to be removed before it will work. It cumbersome to remove this. All in all, when it works it's an attractive piece that our customers were very impressed by, but you have to be able to tolerate the % that don't work and the labor that goes into getting them ready to distribute.
