Interior contains plenty of supplies for multiple tasks including a 70-page lined notebook, a matching plastic pen in an elastic pen loop, a 3" x 3" adhesive notepad and five adhesive flag pads.
 
Each adhesive flag pad is a different color for prioritizing by day of the week: pink, green, yellow, blue and orange.
 
Black elastic closure secures the notebook contents.
 
Medium-point black ink is standard for the pen.
