A handy carabiner clip fastens the dispenser to a leash or belt loop for hands-free convenience.
 
The refillable dispenser compartment comes with 20 disposable bags, so your pet-loving customers will be prepared for plenty of walks.
 
No special refills are needed because the dispenser holds most store-bought side pull or bottom pull bag refills.
