A bit disappointed relative to the other variety of messenger bags (item #9911) we ordered last year. Felt flimsier, and some of our customers preferred that the zipper would have been under the flap. The #9911 item was very much liked by our customers. (We just ordered a different item for variety's sake so we weren't selling the exact same item as before.)
