I want to use an old quote: "You get what you pay for". The product was not the best quality. I know our order was a rush one but if I had been able to review the material and see the product in advance, I would not have order this particular tote. I would have order something else. Even if the item wasn't a rush item, no sales person is available locally to show the product. Can't really tell what you are getting when ordering from a magazine without the ability to see or test the product.
