The majority of these pens are fine. I was disappointed that the softgrip part of the pen said China on it, I would have thought twice about buying them if I had known that they said China on it. We had some of the pens fall apart with first time regular use. The first one that broke was in the hands of our CEO at the time, which is more coincidence than anything else, but caused him to think we bought cheap promo items.
