Several of the mugs arrived broken. Only 2 arrived with any print smudges. Glad I ordered 72 as I needed 40 for the event I was first deploying this at.

They looked great. The artwork is exactly what we wanted and working with the artist was very easy. We requested a few changes to the origional artwork and they did it with no problems at all. I wish our logo was a little bit closer to the color ring. I would suggest to anyone ordering to check the scale and make sure your artwork is the right size

I love the feel and make of the mugs, however, the lettering on our order needed to be larger as to be in better proportion to the mug. I feel the mock- up we received by e-mail was hard to get the sizing correct.
