"Not at all what we expected"

"The tote is ok, but to be honest I am a little disappointed. On the website the tote looks more….., well it looks more substantive and sturdy. I really wanted to impress the committee and ensure them that our limited resources were well spent. But, the tote is just not as impressive in person as it is on the website, it seems flimsy.
However, I do want to know that your personnel were friendly, patient and professional. Many thanks for all your help.
