"THe item itself works well (so far) and has a good weighty feel- the only aspect I am disappointed in so far is that out of 50 units, about 12 came to us in damaged display boxes. Our sales rep is sending more boxes, and luckily we didn't need all of the pieces at one time, but on a tighter timeframe, we would have had a problem."
