"1) We have a large number of internal labs with no ambient light. In case of an emergency, we wanted staff to have access to a protable light source.
2) Light bulbs are dim, but in the absence of any light, will be suitable.
3) I have no idea what the button on the side does.
4) We have numerous flash lights that are defective."
