"Overall product is good. Mug is exactly as described, print quality is clean and sharp. Would have like the cup to be a bit thicker (seems a bit flimsy for the cost - thinner than I hoped) but was not displeased. The quick turnaround, and great customer service makes up for any shortcomings."
