"We were very disappointed in the printing on the first order. You could not see the logo on the shirts. You were helpful in reprinting for free but however the second batch - the light shirts were almost as hard to see. I feel as though - seeing you are the ones who can see the actual product - that we should be made aware that the thread will not be visible on the material if that it the case. On the proof you send online it looks good but on the actual shirt you cannot see it. What is the purpose of having your logo on a shirt that cannot be seen? I was very disappointed this time."
