"Had an issue with the imprints. You worked with me after to correct and reprint, but it would have been better to have flawless products for our event.
Also, I never got a clear indication of the imprint size. It is not listed anywhere on the website. I sent artwork, which fortunately fit the specs. But I still don't know what the specs were."
