"We've had minor complaints about the hole in the lid not letting the hot coffee or tea flow properly, it kind of "blub blubs" out like milk when you tip the milk jug too far) and it causes the hot liquids to hit people's lips... they've just been using straws to prevent the problem. Also people have made the comment that when they wash them or submerge them in the water, the next time they use the mug with hot liquids soapy water comes out of the crack where the handle and stainless steel comes together."
