"The sample bag we received ha--literally--been around the world twice with our staffers and they marvel at its durability and how much it holds and how good it feels on their shoulder when carrying. So in terms of quality of construction the bag would rate a 5. However, the two-tone bags we received had an unsatisfactory appearance, and that is why my overall rating is a 3. The blue bag has a sharper look because of the contrasting color, but the different pieces were different shades of blue, all on the same bag!"
