"Curtis Ambulance Service uses the jackets for the EMTs in the winter months. The jackets do look professional. The only complaint I have so far is that three of the jackets have ripped on the opening of the sleeves. This occured when the jacket was being put on and no stress was added while this was happening. Hand stitching had to be applied and it is noticable."
