Large zippered main compartment is roomy enough to store extra shoes, gym clothes, beach towels and more.
One side of the bag has a zippered mesh pocket for energy bars, snacks or cell phones and the other side has a water bottle pocket with a rubber grip to hold a drink in place.
The front zippered pocket has ventilation which is great for stashing extra workout towels.
