I'm really disappointed in this item. The insulation is breaking apart and they haven't even been used. It's obvious that this item cannot handle very many uses.

Working the design team to get the art correct was a wonderful experience. The product is selling better than we had hoped and we will probably place another order. Since the bag is insulated we've suggested it can be used for more than just groceries. We have lots of church dinners and it would be perfect for a carry-out meal. We've also suggested that members purchase them and use it as wrapping for gifts. We have a food pantry and separate diaper pantry and have encouraged members to purchase bags for clients of these two outreach activities. Can you tell we love the bags?!
