These jackets were a big hit with our staff. The ladies jackets tend to run on the smaller side but the men's jackets seemed true to size. The zipper on some of the jackets stuck but most had no problems.

Look Great! Very heavy material. Run 2 sizes too small so need to order up or ladies may need to order men's sizes if they are pear shaped since the ladies are very tapered at the waist. and hips. Will order more for our group to help advertise our club.

I love the product. Unfortunately, the women's sizes run small. Every single woman that ordered a jacket or vest found that it did not fit. The men's sizes were comparable to what you would buy in the store. I had to re-order every female jacket as we were all switching around to the next size up. A note about that in the description would be helpful and save people a lot of money.

Same with the mens some were suprized to find the fleece fitting smaller than they expected when ordering the extra large sizes. I ordered a xxx men's fleece several weeks again and it's been back ordered and not expected to come in until March, so you have one unhappy customer here at MU because he ordered a 2x, but it didn't fit and he sold it and ordered the 3x only to find that he has to wait 2 months for it.

For the most part everyone thought they were great. However the size on the women's fleece seem way smaller than regular sizes for instance I normally wear a large in shirts and jackets but after trying on the large sample you gave us I ordered an x-large fleece and it barely fit comfortably. We ordered again and so I ordered an xx-large so that I could take it home and fit a sweat shirt under it and I kept the x-large at work to wear when the office was chilly. Many were disappointed in the fit. I think that you should evaluate how your naming your sizes.

The quality of the imprint was great. Everyone loved the way our logo looked on the jackets. I was slightly disappointed with the quality of the jacket itself, but can't complain considering the low price. Most of the ladies said their jackets fit just great, except a few who have especially long arms...their sleeves were much too short. We knew this might be a possiblity when we ordered them (because they often have trouble with sleeve length when they buy jackets). However, it would have been helpful if 4imprint had been able to provide us with sleeve lengths when we talked about jacket measurements. I understand 4imprint would have been happy to send samples, but our time frame didn't allow for it. All in all, we are extremely satisfied with the product and the customer service we received, and would absolutely do business with 4imprint again.

The jackets overall are nice. They are a little hard to zip and were made a little smaller than expected. Also, when they were ordered I had asked that the lighter colored jackets be printed with black ink versus white. They arrived in white print which made it hard to see the lettering. Also, I was guaranteed the jackets would arrive on December 23rd, some of them did but I'm still missing 40 of them. The company is unable to tell me when the rest will arrive.

Unfortantely there was a mix up in sizes I had ordered 1 med. 2 large and one X large so the people I wanted to give them to didn't work with the sizes I recieved one small one of my women clients took it and loves it. and 2 med one large. Other then that they are warm and comfortable also.
